How it works
Most people buying campaign displays have never bought one before — and they are often working toward an event date that cannot move. Here is exactly what happens next.
01Day one
Order & upload
Choose a kit or individual pieces, then upload your artwork with the order. We accept PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, and high-resolution PNG or JPG.
Best practice: Use the product template for exact dimensions and bleed. It is the easiest way to keep production on schedule.
02Within one business day
We check your files
A person reviews resolution at full size, bleed, color mode, and where important text will land on the finished product.
If something needs attention, we will tell you plainly what to change. We do not let a bad file sit while the clock runs.
03Your approval
You approve a proof
We send a digital proof showing how the artwork lands on your product. Approve it, or request changes.
Important: Production begins only after approval. If you will be unreachable, let us know ahead of time and we will work around it.
04Production & delivery
We print & ship
Once your artwork proof is approved, most orders ship within 2 business days. Transit time is additional and calculated at checkout; we send tracking as soon as it leaves.
Timing note: Complex orders, rush requests, or delivery constraints may require additional time. If your event date is fixed, contact us before ordering so we can confirm the production and delivery window before your order moves into production.
Rush requests: Call before ordering. Availability depends on product, artwork readiness, capacity, and destination; we will confirm what is actually achievable for your date.

Work backward from your event — the two things that matter most are having artwork ready and approving your proof quickly.
