All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue products at any time and may limit quantities offered to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Campaign Displays reserves the right to accept or decline an order for any reason at its discretion. An order is not accepted until Campaign Displays confirms acceptance. We must receive and process payment before an order is accepted.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Campaign Displays may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted, artwork proofing has begun, a proof has been approved, or production has started. In the event that we do not accept, change, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, or phone number provided when the order was placed.

Your purchases are subject to return or exchange only in accordance with our Refund Policy, available at https://campaigndisplays.com/policies/refund-policy.

You represent and warrant that purchases are for lawful business, organizational, campaign, or event use and not for resale or export without our prior written authorization.

SECTION 5 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service is the price in effect when the order is placed and will be shown in your order confirmation email.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import charges.

Prices posted in our online store may differ from prices offered by physical stores, third-party sellers, or other websites. We may offer promotions from time to time that are governed by separate terms. If there is a conflict between promotional terms and these Terms, the promotional terms control.

Shipping and delivery estimates are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs processing, artwork approval delays, or events outside our control.

Once products are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The Services, including trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, video, audio, design, selection, and arrangement, are owned by Campaign Displays, its affiliates, or licensors and are protected by United States and foreign intellectual-property laws.

Campaign Displays is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, sales and purchases made through our store are made directly with Campaign Displays.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Campaign Displays, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products or services. You release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to purchases and transactions with Campaign Displays.
